It’s a shame how relevant this is today.  Not just because of the hair, but during the Black Panther movement so many black people we’re able to stand together to educate, defend, and unite.  With this generation, we probably will never have movements this powerful.

The message behind the hair is amazing as well seeing as how we see Black women putting away the stereotypes and insecurities and wearing their natural hair these days.
